Meeting: We schedule a sit-down meeting to gather information, brainstorm, and share ideas.
Preliminary Proposal: We provide you with a design proposal with a target project budget, proposed timeline, materials selections, and delivery of services based upon our meeting.
Contract: Upon completion and approval of design, we provide a construction contract for signature and receive an initial deposit, which secures the project start date.
Begin Project: We start the project on an agreed upon time and date.
Construction: Throughout, we manage all aspects of the project, and are always available to answer questions that may come up.
Final Walk Through: When the project is complete, we conduct a final walk through with our clients to ensure satisfaction and completion.
Post Construction Availability + Services: We check in 2-3 weeks after completed construction and again a few months later. We are available for any concerns and keep meticulous files for future plans. Post construction, we maintain both electronic and hard copy documents of your project in our files. This documentation of our project is helpful for future work and when improvements are done in stages.
